To provide event planning quotations, manage bookings, send service updates, and communicate via phone, email, and WhatsApp Business Platform. We only send WhatsApp messages to users who have provided consent via our website form.

3. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to be contacted by Shamang Events via WhatsApp for transactional and service-related messages regarding your event inquiry. You can opt-out anytime by replying STOP.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with Meta Platforms Inc. for WhatsApp Business messaging and with our payment partners if required.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for 3 years for legal and accounting purposes.

Shamang Events & Entertainment is an event management company based in Thane, Maharashtra, providing services for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and destination weddings. Contact: contact@shamangevents.com

2. Services

All quotations are valid for 15 days. Final costing is subject to site visit and client requirements.

3. Payments

A 30% advance is required to confirm booking. 70% payment is due 7 days before the event date. Payments to be made to our company current account.

4. User Obligations

Client must provide accurate event details. Any changes in venue or date must be informed 7 days in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on http://shamangevents.com including images, text, and designs is owned by Shamang Events.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of India, with jurisdiction in Thane, Maharashtra.

1. Cancellation 15+ days before event: 70% refund of advance.
2. Cancellation 7-14 days before event: 50% refund of advance.
3. Cancellation less than 7 days: No refund of advance amount.
4. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method.
5. In case of Force Majeure, event will be rescheduled.
